Terms of Use

1. What VectusUp is

VectusUp is a software (SaaS) platform, developed by Scaleads, that helps agencies and businesses manage clients, content calendars, ads, a sales CRM, and the finances related to that activity. By creating an account, you accept these terms on behalf of the organization you are registering.

2. Account and data responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter or import into the platform.
• The organization's administrator can invite other users and set which modules each one has access to.

3. Plans, pricing and billing

The plans and prices available at the time of subscription are shown before any payment. Plan changes, adding users, or adding add-ons always show the impact on your monthly amount and any proration before you're charged — no charge is ever made without explicit confirmation.

Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider; Scaleads does not store card data. Issuing a tax invoice, where applicable, is handled externally by Scaleads' accounting — see the Invoices/Documents area in the application.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with full access maintained until that date. Organization data is not deleted immediately after cancellation — see the Privacy Policy for the retention policy.

5. Third-party integrations (Facebook/Instagram and others)

VectusUp may let you connect, optionally and always at your own initiative, third-party service accounts to extend the platform's features — currently, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), through Facebook Login for Business (Meta Publishing), so you can schedule and publish content on your Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts. Only an Administrator of your organization can manage this connection. By connecting a third-party integration, you also accept that third party's own terms/policies (in Meta's case, its Terms and Platform Policies). VectusUp only publishes on those accounts when you explicitly schedule or publish content — never automatically or without your action. 6. Acceptable use

The platform may not be used to store or process data you do not have the legal right to handle, nor for unlawful purposes. This also applies to content you publish to third-party accounts (Facebook/Instagram) through VectusUp — you are always solely responsible for the content you choose to publish.

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Security → Danger zone. See the Data deletion page for the exact detail of what happens to your data in that process.
